NOTICE
THIS IS A NOTICE OF CLAIM BY THE REAL PARTY IN INTEREST IN REGARDS TO A TRANSFER OF DEED UNDER POWER OF SALE FILED UNDER DEED BOOK V41 PAGE 430-432 (hereinafter 'Deed') ON MAY 5, 2015 WITH THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RABUN COUNTY
Through the default of the 'party' (hereinafter party will refer to all agents and principles of the 'party') who are listed on the Deed as "appointed agent and attorney in fact" and grantee or in other terms party of the first part and party of the second part; within a private administrative process the said Defaulting party through an implied contract has allowed SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON to appoint a duly authorized agent and attorney in fact of the Defaulting party in regards to the subject property of the Deed.
Notice is hereby given that any and all objections to the act of transferring the Subject Property listed in the new WARRANTY DEED to be executed through a new authorized agent and/or representative appointed by SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON, will be the same duly appointed agent and attorney in fact for the Defaulting party, must be sent to the following address: UPS Store, c/o Jeff Roden, SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON, 227 Sandy Springs Place, Suite D, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328, within thirty (30) days after the initial publication of this notice. Any person objecting to this notice within thirty (30) days of the initial publication may request a copy of the administrative process whereby a written rebuttal will be required from that objecting party in affidavit format under oath to obtain the same. If the objecting party or any of its agents, assigns, or principles involved or if the public objects within the scope of the procedures as written within this notice, then all matters must be expressed to be resolved and SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON will provide time to discuss such matters until they are settled.
However, if no person in the public objects to this private administrative process or does not object to this act of appointing a duly appointed agent and attorney in fact for the Defaulting party by SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON within thirty days (30) of the initial notice, then all the terms within the implied contract between SHANE BRENDEN HUDSON and the Defaulting party shall become final and binding on all parties involved.
