NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
[REF. O.C.G.A., Section 48-4-5 et seq.; 48-4-45 & 48-4-46]
TO: NORTHEAST GEORGIA OIL CO., OCCUPANT OF 28 RHODODERDRON, CLAYTON, GEORGIA 30525 AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING OF RECORD IN RABUN COUNTY ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 28 RHODODERDRON, CLAYTON, GEORGIA 30525
RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, 46).
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: [All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 8, of the Second Land District, in the City of Clayton, Rabun County, Georgia, and being designated as containing 0.66 acres, more or less, of land, as more particularly described according to that certain plat of survey, dated February 12, 1996, prepared by T. Lamer Edwards, GRLS #1837, said plat recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 294, Clerks Office, Rabun County Superior Court. Said Plat and record of the same being incorporated herein by reference for a more and complete description of the property herein conveyed. This is the same property conveyed from High Georgia Pines, Inc., to FBC, LLC, by Warranty Deed, dated 4-1-94, recorded in Deed Book B15, Page 609, Rabun County Deed Records. This conveyance is subject to Easement Agreement, dated March 28,1968, between Gulf Oil Corporation and Mrs. Dexter Burrell. As described in Deed Book X27, Page 250. Further described as Map & Parcel C007069] will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after November 24th, 2015 or 45 days after service of this Foreclosure Notice in accordance with Georgia law. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 3, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia in Deed Book A41 Pages 642-643. The property may be redeemed on or before the November 24, 2015 or 45 days after being served with this Foreclosure Notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
