NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, LIBERTY COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Richard L Waye and Olivia L Waye to Household Realty Corporation, dated May 23, 2003, recorded in Deed Book 1151, Page 349, Liberty County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1871, Page 537, Liberty County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT AND 40/100 DOLLARS ($57,748.40), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Liberty County, Georgia, or at such place as may be lawfully designated as an alternative, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land containing .95 acres more or less lying and being in the 15th G.M.D. of Liberty County Georgia, commencing where Highway U.S. 17 intersects with the city limits of Riceboro GA., thence in a southwesterly direction .2 miles to Barnard Road, thence northeasterly .4 miles along Barnard Road to the Dept. of Transportation Road, thence south 5 degrees 00' west a distance of 440' to the point of beginning, thence south 5 degrees 00' west a distance of 204.3' thence north 85 degrees 15' a distance of 213.5;, thence north 5 degrees 22' east a distance of 182.9', thence north 89 degrees 00' east a distance of 213.5' back to the point of beginning, and being bound as follows: north by Melford Dell, and Annie Wilson, East by Dept. of Transportation Road, south by Sylvester Killabrew, west by Annie Wilson.
