gpn14 HS Foreclosures NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, LONG COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Roxanna J. Middleton and Ellis Middleton to Long Beach Mortgage Company dated 4/5/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 260 Page 443, Long County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $196,350.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Long County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on October 06, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL that tract or parcel of land Lying and being in the 24th G. M. District of Long County, Georgia, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, according to survey by Hugh M. Smiley dated October 18, 1995, as approved by Merlin M. Tomberlin, Georgia R. L.
