gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA LIBERTY COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Mildred Gadson Brown to The Heritage Bank dated March 2, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 1714, Page 317, Liberty County, Georgia, Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated March 2, 2012, in the original principal sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS and 35/100'ths DOLLARS ($55,727.35), with interest from said date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit A All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, lying and being in the 1476 G.M.D. District of Liberty County, Georgia, located on the East side of the Atlantic Coastal Highway, at or near where the Limerick Public Place Road crosses the Atlantic Coastal Highway, containing one (1) acre, more or less, and bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northerly by the Atlantic Coastal Highway; Easterly by lands of Elizabeth Lambright; Southerly by lands of S.F. Fraiser, and Westerly by lands of R.K. Hopkins. This is the same property conveyed to Leroy J. Butler and Mildred Butler by Warranty Deed dated March 17, 1950 and recorded in Deed Book AAS, page 382-383, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
