NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF LIBERTY WHEREAS, there has been a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed to Secure Debt dated March 19, 2014, executed by Thomas R. Washington and Monica L. Washington of Savannah, Georgia, in the original principal amount of Forty Two Thousand ($42,000.00) Dollars, recorded in Deed Book 1815, page 620-621 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia; and WHEREAS, under the provisions of the said Deed to Secure Debt said indebtedness secured thereby has immediately become due and payable and remains in default. NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That pursuant to the terms of the original Deed to Secure Debt and the power of sale contained therein and the laws in such cases made and provided, after proper advertisement, the undersigned, on the First Tuesday in November, to-wit: November 3rd, 2015, before the Courthouse door in Liberty County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property, to-wit: That parcel of land situate in the City of Midway, the 1359th G. M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, containing Three and Twelve One-thousandths (3.012) acres being bound on the North by lands of Linda W. Martin; East by the right of way of Lake Gale Road; South by the right of way of Windy Oaks Road; and West by lands of Richard B. Whitfield. The location, metes, and bounds of said parcel are more fully shown on a plat of a survey made by A. G. Wells, Jr., G.R.L.S. # 1656, dated, February 21, 2014, of a survey made February 19, 2014, recorded in Plat Slide P-71, Page 4B, Liberty County Deed Records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference thereto. Said parcel is a part of Liberty County Parcel 241A-014. TERMS: Cash, purchaser paying for title, Georgia transfer tax, and all ad valorem taxes and assessments that may be due on said property; the proceeds of this sale shall be applied as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt. The property will be sold as the property of Thomas R. Washington and Monica L. Washington and to the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief they are the parties in possession. Richard E.
