Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by TRISHA E JACK AND WENDEL JACK to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK , dated 06/26/2009, and Recorded on 06/30/2009 as Book No. 01595 and Page No. 00381, LIBERTY County, Georgia records, as last assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $123,856.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the LIBERTY County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 17TH G.M.
