gpn14 HS Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF LIBERTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Security Deed, dated October 30, 2008, executed by Michael B. Nolan and Rachael D. Nolan to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for New South Federal Savings Bank, recorded in Deed Book 1558, Page 492, Liberty County, Georgia Deed Records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $128,606.00, said Security Deed last having been assigned to DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, the current holder thereof, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness evidenced by the Note immediately due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Security Deed, will, on the first Tuesday in November, 2015 to-wit: November 3, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, before the Liberty County Courthouse door, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, and being in the City of Hinesville, being known and designated as Lot No. 230, Eagles Landing Subdivision, Phase 8, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, dated March 21, 1994, and recorded in Plat Section I-93, Page 1, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northerly by the right of way of Paul Caswell Boulevard; Easterly by Lot No. 229; Southerly by lands of U.S.A.C.O.E. 801 Housing Project; and Westerly by Not No. 231, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. This conveyance is made subject to those certain Restrictive Covenants of Eagles Landing Subdivision, Phase VIII, dated October 19, 1993, and recorded in Deed Book 624, pages 3-10, in the Office of the Clerk or Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia. The aforedescribed real property is also known as 1424 Paul Caswell Blvd., Hinesville, GA 31313, according to the present system of numbering houses in Liberty County, Georgia.
