Turner to Branch Banking and Trust Company, dated October 29, 2008, recorded November 17, 2008, in Deed Book 834, Page 0495, Bryan County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($35,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November 2015 by Branch Banking and Trust Company, as Attorney in Fact for Sandra K. Turner, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA, KNOWN AS LOT 75, STRATHY HALL SUBDIVISION, PHASE III, ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT MADE BY ROY HUSSEY, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NUMBER 3846 DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1975, RECORDED IN PLAT SLIDE 233, PALE 83, AND AS SHOWN ON A PLAT BY C.E. WILLIAMS, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR DATED APRIL 13, 1987, RECORDED IN PLAT SLIDE 352, PAGE 5, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF BRYAN COUNTY, GEORGIA. Said property being known as 118 STRATHY HALL DRIVE, RICHMOND HILL, GEORGIA 31324 according to the present numbering system in Bryan County. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
