All Defendants known by Plaintiff and named herein as well as any and all Unknown Parties with any Interest in the Subject Property; You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking to quiet title to real property known as 776 High Falls Court, Jackson County, Georgia was filed against you in the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia on October 30, 2014 and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the Court on the 15th day of September, 2015, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Plaintiff's Attorney C. Jeffery Pruitt, Jr., 326 W. Main Street, Buford, Georgia 30518, an answer to said petition within 60 days from the date of the Order for Publication.
