Notice of Sale Notice of Sale Under Power State of Georgia County of Jackson By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Sandy L. McCaa to Mortgage Electronics Registration Systems, Inc., dated February 25, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 38U, Page 600, and last transferred and assigned to Branch Banking and Trust Company (“BB&T”) by assignment recorded in Deed Book 60H, Page 125, Jackson County, Georgia records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $105,082.00, the holder thereof will sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the courthouse doors of said county during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2015, the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in GMD 248 of Jackson County, Georgia, and being shown as Tract 1, 1.50 acres, on the plat of survey for Robert E. Lee, prepared by W.T. Dunahoo and Associates, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 8, 1993, and recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 284, of the Jackson County, Georgia plat records. Said plat is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete description of the property. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees, notice of intention to collect attorney's fees having been given as provided by law.
