RE: Deed Book 69-H, Pages 493-494

Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 253rd District, G.M. Jackson County, Georgia, designated as Lot 303, Phase V of Staghorn Plantation Estates Subdivision as shown by plat and survey of same prepared by Venable & Associates, Inc., certified by Allen L. Venable, Jr, GRLS No. 1761, dated September 22, 1992 and recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 190, Jackson County, Georgia records; which plat and the recording thereof are hereby incorporated herein by reference for a more detailed description of the property, containing 2.05 acres, more or less.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 6th day of November, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 6th day of November, 2015, by 5:00 p.m., by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
