NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, HART COUNTY Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness. secured by a Security Deed executed by 20th day of August, 2014, between BRIDGET DRINKARD of the State of Georgia, Hart County, Grantor and OLG, LLC of the State of Georgia, Oconee County, Grantee in the TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,900.00) and recorded in Deed Book 756, Pages 456-459, Hart County Georgia Records; pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, will on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in Hart County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property: All those tracts or parcels of land, with improvements thereon, lying and being in the 111th G.M. District of Hart County, Georgia containing one (1) acre, more or less, and being bounded now or formally, as follows: On the Northwest, Northeast and Southeast by Ernest T. Oliver and on the Southwest by James Scott et al. This property is more particularly shown and delineated on a plat of survey prepared by A.M. Britt, R.L.S. dated June 20, 1970, recorded in Plat Book 20, pate 68, Hart County, Georgia, records, which plat is by reference incorporated into and mad a part of this description. Also conveyed herein are all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to a right-of-way and access to said property over a road thirty fee in width, as shown on the above referenced plat and survey. This being the same property described in a Warranty Deed from Jeffery Hughes to Billy Joe Brewer and Debra Martin Brewer, recorded in Deed Book 346, page 580, Hart County, Georgia, records, which deed is by reference made a part of this description.
