NOTICE The public is notified that the property located at 3 Old Andersonville Road, Hartwell, GA 30643 shown as 115 acres, Tracts 1 and 2 per survey recorded in Plat Book 2F, Page 70, Hart County records, is private property and all hunting, fishing, trapping, or trespassing for any purpose is strictly forbidden without the written consent of the owners. Violators will be prosecuted. This notice is placed by the owners: Brent and Holly Maxwell.
