NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Ellen Anne Williams to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2013 in the initial tax amount a $46.86 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 1 acre, more or less, and being designated on the official tax map of Emanuel. County, Georgia as Map S14, Parcel 24 and what remains of the James B. McClester Estate. Said property being bounded on the North by and unnamed alley separating this property from property of Carol Anne and Stephanie Lockett; on the Northeast by lands of Charlotte Tillman and Martha Street and lands of Ellen M. Williams; on the East by the right of way of Rentz Street; on the South by land of Robert S. Reeves and on the West by the right of way of Center Street. Said property being all of the property (a 1/4 undivided interest) in lands owned by James B. McClester at his death on January 1, 1971 and whose will was probated in solemn form on June 4, 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Probate Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said property being all or a portion of that property described in Deeds recorded in Deed Book CZ, Page 50, 6 Page 216 and CZ, Page 133 of the Records of the Clerk, Superior Court, Emanuel County, Georgia. (S14-024) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
