NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Lavern Bynes to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2013 & 2014 in the initial tax amount a $ 121.85. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53'' G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting on the East side of -)) North Coleman Street a distance of One Hundred Thirty Nine (139) feet and extending back between parallel lines a distance of One Hundred fifteen (115) feet to the lands of Magnolia Washington and Mollie Poole, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by Gumlog Street; East by lands of Mollie Poole and Magnolia Washington; South by the lands of Mrs. McNure and /or Lot No. 15 of the G. F. Flanders Subdivision; and West by Coleman Street. Said property is the same as Tract 1 on a Warranty Deed from H. C. Irvin to Hubert W. Bynes, dated August 8, 1989, and recorded in Deed Book 15 , page 273, in the records of the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court. TRACT 2: That certain lot or parcel of land lying, situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, Georgia, and in the 3rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Being Lot No. 15 in Block 3, as shown by plat recorded in Deed Book AT, Page 357, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, and fronting on the East side of Coleman Street a distance of 65 feet and running in a general Easterly direction between parallel lines a distance of 225 feet, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by lands of H.C. Irvin; on the East by lands of Prince Gunn; on the South by lands of Henry Powell, Sr.; and West by Coleman Street. Said tract is the same as Tract 2 in a Warranty Deed from H. C. Irvin to Hubert W. Bynes dated August 8, 1989, and recorded in Deed Book 15, page 273, in the recorded of the Office of Clerk, Emanuel County Superior Court. (S15-013) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
