NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Johnny Bailey to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $ 37.55. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE is made this 9 day of November, 2005, between RUFUS BAILEY (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") and JOHNNY BAILEY (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee") ("Grantor" and "Grantee" to include both singular and plural as well as their respective heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns where the context requires or permits).
WITNESSETH
GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm, unto Grantee the following described real property, which shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Land:"
All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of
Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, being Lots 17 and 18 in Block D of Lincoln Park Subdivision, the said Lincoln Park being a subdivision of Lot No. 1 in Block A part of the W.F. Thompson Subdivision, as shown by plat of Lincoln Park made by E.K. Hatten, Surveyor, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, in Deed Book CT, Page 1A, which plat and description are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description S22063
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in October 2015. between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
