NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Mercer Mitchell to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $ 59.33. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that certain tract of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd, G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being Lots Numbers 19 and 20, Block B, part of the Lincoln Park Addition Subdivision, the said Lincoln Park Addition Subdivision being a subdivision of the Lot 2 in Block A part of the W.F. Thompson Subdivision as shown by a plat of said Lincoln Part Addition made by E.K. Hatten, Surveyor, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia in Deed Book CV, page 409. Said property being a portion of the property conveyed to Grantor herein by warranty deed dated December 16, 1976, and recorded in Deed Book GT, page 68 aforesaid Clerk's Records. Said property is the same as that described in Warranty Deed from Mary L. Robinson to Lester E. Brown dated February 8, 1977, and recorded in said records in Deed Book GU, page 20. Subject to existing easements for public utilities and rights of way. (S22070) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
