NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Hubert Bynes to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, & 2014 in the initial tax amount a $54.02 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that certain lot or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 53rd G.M. District, Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro, containing 0.178 acres, more or less, and being designated as Lot No. 38 in the Flanders Heights Subdivision, fronting North on McLeod Bridge Road, and being more fully shown upon a plat of survey prepared by Geo. Wm. Donaldson, Surveyor, dated March 3, 2003, recorded in Plat Book 21, page 86, Emanuel County, Georgia Records, specific reference to which is hereby made a part of this description. (S23-109C) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
