NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of U & L Inc to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2013 & 2014 in the initial tax amount a $126.75 Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and in the City of Swainsboro, containing 4.57 acres, as shown on plat prepared by Aubrey E. Scott, Jr., Surveyor, on February 9, 1979, and recorded in Plat Book 9, page 221, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is hereby incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said property having the length, width, and dimensions as shown on said plat and is bounded as follows; On the Northwest by property of Housing Authority of the City of Swainsboro and by property of Curtis Jackson; on the Northeast by North Green Street; on the Southeast by property of Will McMillan, Melton Washington, Tom Allen, Elton Williams; and on the Southwest by Gumlog Road. (S23-158) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in October 2015. between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 20th day of August 2015. Administrator, City of Swainsboro
