NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Jerry & Garrett Caraway to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $184.80 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. One certain house and lot together with all improvements thereon in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd' G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said, property facing West Church Street a distance of 72 1/2 feet and running back to other land, now or formerly owned by Mrs. Alice C. Moody a distance of 207 feet, more or less. (it is agreed that the line in the rear of the lot shall not extend further than the Northwest property line of the lot of land, now or formerly, owned by B. R. Smith.) Said property being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the North by West Church Street; East by land of C. C. Blankenship and Mrs. R. H. Hicks; on the South by other land of Mrs. Alice C. Moody; and on the West by house and lot belonging to Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Jenkins. Being the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed from Darwin L. Womack to Harold Flanders and James E. Boatright, dated May 22, 1986, and recorded in Deed Book TV, Page 45, of the Emanuel County Clerk's Records. Said property is the same as that conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated January 29, 2002, from James E. Boatright conveying his interest to Harold Flanders, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Deed Book 174, pages 454-457.
