NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Susan Hopkins to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $ 147.95. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that certain lot or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, Georgia, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, being Lot No. 12 of R.E. Moore and A.C. Louis Subdivision, as shows by plat which is recorded in Deed Book AW, Page 599, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, and to which plat reference is made as a part of this description and incorporated herein. Said lot is bounded now or formerly on the North by lands of Mrs. Ivey Youmans, Walter Gambrell, Sue Carol Atkinson, Mary Paul Smith and Betty Gambrell; on the East by College Street; on the South by lands of Thomas N. Herrington; and on the West by a 10-foot alley. (S24075) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
