NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Jerry & Garret Caraway to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $ 185.29. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that tract or parcel of land, together with improvements, lying, situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting approximately Ninety-Eight (98) feet on the West side of North Main Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of approximately Two Hundred Eighty-Eight (288) feet to North Green Street and bounded as follows: North by lot of Randolph C. Karrh; East by North Main Street; South by lot of J. R. Mason; and West by North Green Street. Said property is the same as that conveyed by Warranty Deed from Mattie L. Rountree to Madeline Q. Rountree dated December 9, 1915, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book BJ, Page 45. And being the same property as conveyed by Executor's Deed from W. E. Rountree, Executor of Estate of Madeline Q. Rountree to James Earl Boatright and Harold Flanders dated the 10th day of January, 1979, and recorded in Deed Book HF, Pages 129-130, Emanuel County Clerk's Records S26 057. Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in October 2015. between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 20th day of August 2015.
