Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that lot or parcel of land. situate, lying. and .being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District, Emanuel :County, Georgia being known and designated as Lot_. 5, Block B. (revised) Monte Sano Annex Subdivision (revised), as shown on plat by Walter K. Maupin, Surveyor, dated May 4, 1978, which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 164, in the Office of the Clerk, Superior Court Emanuel County Georgia and to which reference is made for a more complete accurate and detailed description of said property. Said property fronting on Youngblood St and Popular St. (S37 028E) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
