NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COLUMBIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by LAVERNE L. BROADWATER to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., dated 12/15/2009, and Recorded on 12/21/2009 as Book No. 7204 and Page No. 50 66, COLUMBIA County, Georgia records, as last assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $99,900.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the COLUMBIA County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 8, BLOCK "B", SECTION TWO OF CRAWFORD MILL SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PC D, SLIDE 22, NOS. 6 8.
