NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Barbara J. C. Hunt to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated 6/7/2004 and recorded in Deed Book 4338 Page 286, Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Ditech Financial LLC FKA Green Tree Servicing LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $103,850.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 03, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL that lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Columbia, being known and designated as Lot 5, Block H, Section II of Bridlewood Subdivision, as shown on a plat of said subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia in Plat Cabinet B, Slide 89 #8 & #9. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is also conveyed subject to any other applicable easements, restrictions and/or covenants of record in said Clerk's office. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
