NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Steven Johnson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Lime Financial Services, LTD. dated 8/9/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 5600 Page 241, Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. Home Equity Pass Through Certificates, Series, 2006-8, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $99,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 03, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Harlem, the 128th District, G.M., Columbia County, Georgia, which Lot Fronts 149.5 feet on the East side North Louisville Street, and extends back in an Easterly direction along the South side of Douglas Street, a distance of 187.3 feet to a proposed alley, the East or back line having a distance of 170.8 feet, and the South line a distance of 168 feet, and is more definitely described by part of same made by H.A. Groves, dated August 26, 1961, copy of same being recorded in the Office of the Clerk and the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 60, Page 365. This lot is made up of a Lot No. 15 and portions of Lots No. 14 and 16 of The Harlem Development Company Subdivision, as shown on plat made by E.D. Being the same property as conveyed from Steven Johnson and Michael G. Miller to Steven Johnson, dated 4/26/06, recorded 5/5/06, Book 5413, Page 215, Columbia County, Georgia. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
