NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Richard Garner and Heather Garner to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Synovus Mortgage Corp. dated 9/2/2008 and recorded in Deed Book 6628 Page 154, Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $143,111.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 03, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All those two lots, parcels or tracts of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, in the 128th District G.M. and fronting on the West side of Old Wrightsboro Road a distance of 271.46 feet, more or less, and being more particularly depicted upon a plat dated August 13, 1986, prepared by George L. Godman, Registered Land Surveyor, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 236, No. 7, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more accurate description as to the metes, bounds, and location of said property and by reference hereto made a part hereof. Said property is conveyed subject to applicable easements and/or restrictions shown on said plat and filed of record in said Clerk's Office.
