gpn11 NOTICE OF SALEUNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLQUITT COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by Christopher Lynn Hancock to Halls Manufactured Homes, Inc, dated October 24, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 1155, Page 215, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT AND 57/100 DOLLARS ($47,568.57), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 331 of the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, being Lot 25 of Kendallwood Crossing Subdivision, according to a plat entitled Survey for: Terry V.
