SCOTT to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ACOPIA, LLC dated March 4, 2011, filed for record March 15, 2011, and recorded in Deed Book 1100, Page 428, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CITIMORTGAGE, INC. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1151, Page 142, COLQUITT County, Georgia Records.
