gpn11 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, COLQUITT COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Larry J Pettyjohn and Nancy D Pettyjohn to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Transland Financial Services, Inc. dated 12/15/2003 and recorded in Deed Book 806 Page 208, Colquitt County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 39,275.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Colquitt County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 03, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 325, 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: 1.50 acres, of said Land Lot 325 as is more particularly shown at that certain plat of survey prepared by Harold G. Harper, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1051, dated July 3, 2001, and recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 175, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, which plat is by reference thereto incorporated herein and made a part of this description The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
