NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CHATTOOGA
To: Nancy Carolyn Bassette, her heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns.
Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit,
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 66 in the 6th District and 4th Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and being in the Oak Hill Subdivision and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south side of Pinedale Drive, said point being North 75 West as measured along the south side of said Pinedale Drive 391 feet from its intersection with the west side of Melba Drive; thence South 200 feet to a point; thence North 75 degrees West 100 feet to a point; thence North 200 feet to a point on the south side of Pinedale Drive; thence South 75 degrees East 100 feet along said Pinedale Drive to the point of beginning.
Being the same property recorded in Deed Book 223, Page 132, Chattooga County Deed Records and being the same property designated as Map 47A Parcel 146 according to the records as presently maintained by the Chattooga County Tax/Property Assessors, will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of November, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 1, 2011, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chattooga County, Georgia in Deed Book 594, Page 493-494.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 13th day of November, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
