NOTICE OF REDEMPTION RIGHTS DEADLINE Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45 and § 48-4-46 TO: Resident/Tenant/Occupant 36 Pinson Street Newnan, Georgia 30263 Nora Heath Elom 59 Stella Wynn Road Newnan, Georgia 30265 Coweta County, Georgia c/o James T. Ferrell, Coweta County Tax Commissioner Post Office Box 195 Newnan, Georgia 30264-0195 And any other party, known or unknown, claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon the following property. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, known as 34 Pinson Street according to the present system of numbering houses and lots in said City, and designated as Lot 4, Block A of J.S. Reid Estate property as shown by plat of survey by A.H. Arnold, C.S. of record in Deed Book 8, Page 665, Coweta County Records, reference to which is had for a more accurate description. Bound on the west by Pinson Street; on the north by Lot 3, Block A; on the east by Lot 5, Block A; on the south by Lot 6, Block A of said J.S. Reid Estate Property. Said lot facing westward 50 feet on Pinson Street and running back east an equal width 100 feet. Reference is hereby made to a boundary line agreement between Sam J. Moore and W.S. Hammond as recorded in Deed Book 87, Page 472, Coweta County Records. This being the property acquired by Nora Heath Elom by deed recorded in Deed Book 115, page 29, Coweta County, Georgia Records. The numbers on this street have been changed and this house is now known as No. 36 Pinson Street. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th day of November, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is from Douglas L. Meadows, Chief of Police, City of Newnan, Georgia to the City of Newnan, Georgia, dated the 1st day of October, 2013, recorded on October 3, 2013, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4018, Page 150.
