Legal 232 State Of Georgia, County Of Pike Notice Of Foreclosure Of The Right To Redeem Date: September 11, 2015 This is notice to: Steve J Reeves, Occupant, All The World and anyone holding any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the below listed property To Whom It May Concern: This is Notice that DBM Rentals, LLC d/b/a DBM Rentals hereby gives Notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land containing 1.14 acre(s) located in Land Lot 103 in the 2nd Land District of Pike County, Georgia.  It is listed as the Pike County Tax Assessor's Map Number 074-413 and the legal description is conveyed in full in Deed Book 851 on Page 73 in the Office of Superior Court, Pike County, Georgia, known as 558 Deerlake Drive. AND ALSO DESCRIBED AS: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 90 and 103 of the 2nd District of Pike County, Georgia, being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 13 on that plat of survey entitled Final Plat Deerlake, dated July 7, 2006, prepared by S.
