CLASS:015 NOTICE OF LEVY ON LAND STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA SHERIFF'S SALE TO: FRANK L. NEELY, JR., DEFENDANT IN FI FA There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door of the justice center in COWETA County, Georgia on the 1st Tuesday in October, 2015 the following described property owned by Frank L. Neely, Jr., defendant in fi.fa.: All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 90 of the First Land District of Coweta County, Georgia designated Tract C, containing 7.304 acres, and Tract F, containing 8.619 acres on that plat of survey for Mrs. Frank Lee Neely, Sr. dated 1-2-97, prepared by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, and of record in Plat Book 69, Page 95, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County, Georgia, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the tracts herein conveyed. Said property found in the possession of Frank L. Neely, Jr., levied on to satisfy the fi. fa. in favor of The Bank of Georgia against Frank L. Neely, Jr., issued by the Superior Court of Coweta County, Case Number 2011-CV-229 on May 25, 2011, levied on as the property of defendant in fi. fa.
