Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale 0.30 acres, more or less, Land Lot 8, 11th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia Map No. 3065I007 To: Nellie V. Dockery, Ann Renee Brown Garrett and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property. Please Take Notice: That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 8, of the 11th District and 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 0.30 acres, more or less, as per plat of the same made by William H. McVey, Registered Surveyor, dated August, 1975, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 36, Gilmer County Records and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin located on the Northeastern right of way of Roberts Ridge Road, said iron pin being located South 41 degrees 3 minutes East a distance of 107.38 feet from an iron pin located on the original West line of Land Lot 8 and said iron pin also located at the Southwestern corner of an unpaved drive and said Roberts Ridge Road and running thence North 27 degrees 53 minutes East along the Eastern side of said unpaved drive a distance of 84 feet to an iron pin; thence South 63 degrees 38 minutes East a distance of 139.27 feet an iron pin; thence South 48 degrees 27 minutes West a distance of 112.30 feet to Roberts Ridge Road to an iron pin; thence North 52 degrees 12 minutes West along the Northeastern right of way of said Roberts Ridge Road a distance of 101.30 feet to the iron pin at the intersection of an unpaved drive, the point of beginning, being improved property having a frame house thereon, together with the right to construct and maintain, free of charge, a water pipe line from a well located on the property North of the above described property to the property herein conveyed. As described in Deed Book 726, Page 330. Further described as Map & Parcel 3065I007. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of November, 2015. The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated May 6, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 1869, pages 46-47, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of November, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
