NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt, Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement from Family Life Church of the Golden Isles, Inc. to Assemblies of God Loan Fund, dated March 28, 2011, recorded in Deed Book 2847, Page 103, Glynn County, Georgia Superior Court Records ("Security Deed"), given to secure an Adjustable Rate Secured Note dated March 28, 2011, in the principal amount of $2,068,000.00 ("Note"), and other indebtedness, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, at Brunswick, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property: Parcel 1: 375 South Port Parkway. Brunswick, Georgia All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 27th G. M. D., Glynn County, Georgia being and shown as 4.238 acres on a boundary survey prepared by Atlantic Survey Professionals, Ernest C. Johns, Jr., G. R. L. S. No. 2774 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point known as the intersection of centerlines of Georgia Highway 303 and Ellis Point Way; thence proceed North 89 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 1031.04 feet to a point; thence proceed South 1 degree 36 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 424.17 feet to a point; thence proceed South 87 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds West for a distance of 424.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence proceed North 2 degrees 33 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 417.52 feet to a point; thence proceed North 86 degree 45 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 454.75 feet to the point or place of beginning the lands herein conveyed. (Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, collectively, "Property") Together with all minerals, oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances on or under the surface of the Property, as well as all development rights, permits, licenses, air rights, water, water rights, and water stock relating to the Property. All present and future structures, buildings, improvements, appurtenances and fixtures of any kind on the Property, all apparatus, equipment and appliances used in connection with the operation or occupancy of the Property, such as heating and air-conditioning systems and facilities used to provide any utility services, refrigeration, ventilation, laundry, drying, dishwashing, garbage disposal, recreation or other services on the Property, and all window coverings, drapes and rods, carpeting and floor coverings, it being intended and agreed that all such items will be conclusively considered to be part of the Property conveyed by this Security Instrument, whether or not attached or affixed to the Property. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of installments due under said Note. The indebtedness remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Security Deed, accrued interest and expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the property is in the possession of Family Life Church of the Golden Isles, Inc., and said property will be sold as its property, subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, assessments, and liens or interests superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
