NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Michael Andrew McGraw a single man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CBC National Bank, dated 01/16/2013, recorded in Deed Book 3107, Page 241, Glynn County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Matrix Financial Services Corporation by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Glynn County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Forty-One and 00/100 DOLLARS ($139,041.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October 2015, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY RALPH E. LACKEY & ASSOCIATES, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 1635, DATED JANUARY 23, 1997, REVISED JANUARY 29, 1997, AND BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PLAT DRAWER 24, MAP NUMBER 29, AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN (18), PHASE II, SANDALWOOD SUBDIVISION, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO AFORESAID PLAT AND TO THE RECORD THEREOF FOR THE PURPOSE OF MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING AND IDENTIFYING THE LOCATION, METES AND BOUNDS OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES ALLOWED BY LAW.
