NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from Mario Alanis aka Mario A. Alanis and Mary Alanis aka Mary Christina Alanis to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Ameris Bank, its successors and assigns dated August 14, 2007 recorded in Deed Book 2289, Page 1-10 , Glynn County Records, and last assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-THREE AND 00/100 ($175,493.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BIENG IN THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IDENTIFIED AND DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE WELL KNOWN MAPS AND PLAN OF SAID CITY AS OLD TOWN LOT NUMBER 386, BEING A RECTANGULAR TRACT OF LAND WITH DIMENSIONS OF NINETY (90) B ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) FEET, BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY OLD TOWN LOT NUMBER 385, ON THE EAST NINETY (90) FEET BY WOLFE STREET, THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) FEET BY LONDON STREET AND ON THE WEST NINETY (90) FEET BY CARPENTER STREET. WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, MEMBERS AND APPURTENANCES TO THE SAID DESCRIBED PREMISES IN ANYWISE APPRETAINING OR BELONGING.
