NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BUTTS BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER OF SALE contained in the Deed to Secure Debt given by Richard Thrasher to Suburban Home Sales, Inc., dated 08/01/2010, and recorded 10/07/2010 in Deed Book 740, Page 348-350, Lamar County Georgia records, said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a loan note dated 08/01/2010, in the original principal amount of $69,996.08, as modified, there will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse door of Butts County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, by Suburban Home Sales, Inc., as attorney-in-fact for Richard Thrasher, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 150, 3RD DISTRICT, BUTTS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND LAND LOT 151, 3RD DISTRICT, LAMAR COUNTY, GEORGIA, CONTAINING 1.35 ACRES, DESIGNATED AS LOT 1 ON A PLAT OF SURVEY IDENTIFIED AS ROCK SPRINGS FARMS, PREPARED BY ROBERT O. JORDAN, SURVEYOR, DATED OCTOBER 23, 2006, AND RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 377-379, LAMAR COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, AND RECORD AT PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 365-367, BUTTS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS WHICH PLAT BY REFERENCE IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF, WHICH HAS THE ADDRESS OF 146 HIGH FALLS ROAD, ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of non-payment of monthly installments on said loan note. Said property will be sold subject to the following encumbrances. (1) Outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any, and all prior encumbrances of record.
