Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale

Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract of parcel of land lying in the 25th District, 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia and part of Land Lots 184, 213 and 214 and designated as Lot 70 of Big Buck Mountain Inc., Unit III, as shown on survey of Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036 dated January 20, 1983, and recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 241, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description.
Will expire forever and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of September, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of November, 2013 and is recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1843, page 50-51.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of September, 2015, by payment of the redemption price fixed and provided by to the undersigned at the following address: 6126 Highway 382 W., Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
