Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale Lot 709, Miller Rock, Gilmer County Georgia Map No. 3006G021 TO: Leslie Blaine Brumley and Stacy Lynn Please Take Notice: That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract of parcel of land lying in the 25th District, 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia and part of Land Lots 185 and 212 and designated as Lot 709 of Miller Rock, Inc., Unit XII, as shown on survey of Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036 dated October 3, 1986 and recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 267, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description as provided by Section 44-2-28 Official Code of GA Ann (29-433 Code Ann.) Will expire forever and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of October, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of November, 2013 and is recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1843, page 52-53.
