NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Paula Reeves to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $436.58 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53n1 G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Lot #6, Block B of the Subdivision of the Thompson Estate, fronting a distance of 154 feet on the western side of North Main Street, U.S. Hwy. 1 and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 320 feet to Green Street. Said property is bounded now or formerly as follows: North by lands of H. Wilder Smith, formerly lands of M.L. Anderson; East by U.S. Highway No. 1, a/k/a North Main Street; South by Lot 5 of Block B of the Subdivision of the Thompson Estate, being the lands of John D. McCrae; and West by Green Street. LESS AND EXCEPT: 0.036 of an acre conveyed by a Right-of-Way Deed dated December 4, 192 from Dudley Ware and Sally W. Ware to the Georgia Department of Transportation, which is recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book 45, pages 300-301. Said property is the same as Tract No. 6 described in a Joint Survivorship Warranty Deed dated July 30, 1990, from Dudley Ware to Sally W. Ware, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Deed Book 22, pages 615-18. Said property is also the same as that conveyed by Warranty Deed dated August 15, 1961 from Mrs. W.S. Hargrove to Dudley Ware, which is recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book EC, pages 537. (S22 143) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
