NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Lucky Mac Properties to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $2240.62 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All that tract or parcel o land lying and being In the 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Swainsboro, Georgia, together with all improvements located thereon, and facing the Southwest side of South Main Street In said City of Swainsboro 166 feet and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 145 feet to land of John C. Coleman Estate. Said property being known and designated as Lot #2 on Plat #3, McLeod Estate Subdivision as recorded and shown In Minute Book 1, Page 17, Ordinary's Office, Emanuel County, Swainsboro, Georgia, and being the same property deeded to Roger L. Rich by J. R. Dekie under Warranty Deed dated September 1,1953, and recorded In Deed Records, Emanuel County, Swainsboro, Georgia, Deed Book DL, Page 593, and being the same property deeded to Calvin c. McGowan by Roger L. Rich under Warranty Deed dated 22nd day of May, 1964, and of record In Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Emanuel County, Swainsboro, Georgia, Deed Book EO, Page 19. Said property being bounded, now or formerly, on the North by land of J. R. Dekie of Gulf Oil Corporation; on the East by U.S. Paved Highway #1; on the South by land of Mrs. Madge Durden on the west by land of John C Coleman (S26-043) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
