NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Arcola Newsom to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2014 in the initial tax amount a $563.02 . Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. One certain tract or parcel of land with improvements, situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, in the shape of a triangle and being designated as to Tract 1 containing 0.065 acres on a plat of survey prepared by George William Donaldson, Surveyor, dated June 22, 2004 and recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 247, of the Records of the Clerk, Superior Court, Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is hereby incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description hereof. Said property being bounded, as shown on said plat, as follows: On the Northwest by right of way of Old Modoc Road; on the Northeast by Tract 2 as described by said plat (property of Elizabeth Peavy); South and Southwest by lands of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. One certain tract or parcel of land with improvements, situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, in the shape of a triangle and being designated as to Tract 2 containing 0.230 acres on a plat of survey prepared by George William Donaldson, Surveyor, dated June 22, 2004 and recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 247, of the Records of the Clerk, Superior Court, Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is hereby incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description hereof. Said property being bounded, as shown on said plat, as follows: On the Northwest by right of way of Old Modoc Road; on the Northeast by property of Wanda Coleman and Reginald F. Coleman; South and Southeast by lands of Wanda Coleman and Reginald F. Coleman; and Southwest by Tract No. 1 as shown on said plat. Said property is the same described in a Deed Under Power of Sale from Rebecca W. River to Farmers & Merchants Bank. Statesboro, Georgia dated October 6, 2010 which is recorded in Deed Book 331, Pages 435-437, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said property is identified by the Emanuel County Tax Assessor's Office as Map S14, Parcel 014 and has a current 911 address of 20$ Modoc Road, Swainsboro, Georgia, 30401. (S14 044) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
