STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Robert W Prior and Sheila C Prior to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Georgia Bank & Trust Company of Augusta, its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $43,500.00 dated 08/09/2007, and recorded in Deed Book 1137, page 432, Richmond County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC in Deed Book 1488, page 1583, Richmond County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of October, 2015 by Nationstar Mortgage LLC, as Attorney-in-Fact for Robert W Prior and Sheila C Prior the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land with improvements lying thereon situate, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia being known and designated as Lot 10, Block "D", Section I of Barton Village Subdivision as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 37Y, Pages 993-1000; reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of the said property. Property known as: 2419 Lisbon Road, Augusta, GA 30904 The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including attorney's fees, (notice having been given as provided by law).
