NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Gabriella J Epperly to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AUGUSTA MORTGAGE CO. , dated February 24, 2010, recorded March 17, 2010, in Deed Book 01252, Page 1596at Instrument Number 2010015392, , Richmond County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Four and 00/100 dollars ($116,844.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Statebridge Company, LLC, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Richmond County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 19, BLOCK C, COVINGTON SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN DEED REEL 157, PAGES 10-15; REFERENCE BEING MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
