STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, County of Richmond, State of Georgia, being known and designated as the Westernmost twelve (12) feet of Lot 8, Block 5 and all of Lot 9, Block 5 on a plat of Walker Villa Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 17Y, Page 527, reference being made for the purpose of providing a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. The improvements on said property are known as 14 Hale Street. Tax Map and Parcel #: 060-2-123-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th day of October, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of March, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1432 at page 286.
