Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by KATHARINE H JENKINS to GEORGIA BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF AUGUSTA , dated 01/14/2003, and Recorded on 01/15/2003 as Book No. 833 and Page No. 205, AS AFFECTED BY BOOK 1416, PAGE 303, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $69,680.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2015, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 90TH G.M.D., AUGUSTA, RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 4, BLOCK B, PHASE 1, CHARLESTOWNE SUBDIVISION ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN REALTY REEL 557 PAGE 1594. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLATS FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS, COURSES, DISTANCES AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. SAID PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE COVENANTS RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN REALTY REEL 557, PAGE 1603; REALTY REEL 557, PAGE 1610 AND AS AMENDED AND ALSO SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
