BURCH to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GEORGIA BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF AUGUSTA dated September 16, 2008, filed for record September 23, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 1192, Page 850, RICHMOND County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1331, Page 262, RICHMOND County, Georgia Records.
